Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States only. Orders are processed within 7 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days via USPS.

    •    Free Shipping: Orders over $50 ship free.

    •    Standard Shipping: Orders under $50 ship at a flat rate of $9.00.

Address Accuracy

Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. If your address is incorrect, email info@adellahair.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We are unable to change addresses after this time.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are marked as delivered.

Returns Policy

Unopened, unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

    •    Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

    •    Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
